Well done! Keep it up! Have you ever tried the Cambridge diet (www.cambridgeweightplan.com)? I’m starting it next week! Also, the Atkins diet seems to be a really good one!
I’m now in my 60′s, but them symptoms discussed certainly applied to me before menopause. Should I be taking it now for weight loss and/or other things.
Hi Jan,
That is a difficult question. The biggest issue is that after menopause, many other factors aside from PCOS are contributing to many of the same symptoms that PCOS can cause. Ultimately, if you are not insulin resistant now, then I would not recommend DCI. If, however, you had many of the symptoms of PCPS before menopause and are insulin resistant, then it is possible you had PCOS but were never diagnosed and in that case it might be worth giving DCI a try.
